Velilla de San Antonio (Madrid) Central Branch
TRABIT has two asphalt plants with a joint capacity of 450 Tn/h, in Velilla de San Antonio, located 25 km from the centre of Madrid and near various aggregate production sites. These plants provide exceptional production capacity to carry out work in the Community of Madrid. Having the plants together allows for two different types of asphalt to be produced at the same time. In addition, if there is a malfunction in one, the other can continue operating so that production is not affected.
Each plant has a stockpile located on the same lot so that production is never interrupted due to lack of material, and includes different types of aggregates used to manufacture various types of asphalt mixes depending on the requirements of the construction project.
These two plants are:
- Intrame RM-200: discontinuous asphalt plant with a capacity of 200 Tn/h.
- Marini M-250: discontinuous asphalt plant with a capacity of 200 Tn/h.
La Solana (Ciudad Real) Castilla-La Mancha Branch
TRABIT also has a plant located in La Solana, 70 km from Ciudad Real which produces asphalt for construction projects in the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha.
This plant is an Intrame UM-200 and like the Madrid plants it is discontinuous, with a capacity of 200 Tn/h.
Travel plant
As its name indicates, this plant is portable, which means it can be transported to a construction site anywhere in the Spanish mainland.
This allows TRABIT to carry out construction projects far from its stationary plants in Madrid or Ciudad Real using its own equipment without assuming the high cost of transporting asphalt mixed in our plants to the construction site.
